Visitors to Kandanga are invited to enjoy our "Little Part of Paradise".  You are invited to camp at our RV Park or at the Kandanga Country Club.

  • enjoy walks around Kandanga township, include the old Railway precinct
  • visit our Post Office and QGap assistance
  • play a game of barefoot bowls at the Kandanga Country Club and have a drink with locals, play the pokies and enjoy a meal on Friday and Saturday nights
  • taste the great pies and bacon and egg burgers at Kandanga Snack Bar
  • enjoy a drink with the locals or play the pokies at the Kandanganga Hotel.  The Hotel was burnt to the ground on 12 December 2015.  Talk to the Greensills about tha Country Club
  • Visit the Kandanga Hotel and yarn to Doug and Carol and their staff
  • have a game of tennis - keys are available at the Kandanga Snack Bar
  • go for a walk to the water tower which is located at the top end of town
  • have a swim at the Kandanga Swimming Pool (in season)
  • ask the assistants at the Information Centre about short drives to see other parts of our beautiful Mary Valley
  • showers are available at Kandanga Country Club for 3 x $1 coins and at the Kandanga Swimming Pool during the summer session
  • purchase your favourite book from the Book Shop at the Kandanga Information Centre
  • do your washing at the Kandanga Information Centre for $4.00 per load
  • buy a gift to take home from the Kandanga Information Centre
  • Enjoy the fire pit and firewood supplied by volunteers at the Kandanga RV Park
  • paddle the Kandanga Weir circuit, starting at the Kandanga Weir, you could view a platypus (council project commenced June, 2017)
  • visit Kandanga Country Meats the "Sausage King"
  • view the art work at the Kandanga Country Club
  • Kandanga Catholic Church is situated on the corner of Elizabeth and Stephen Street
  • chat to the locals, they're a friendly bunch
